TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.The Kpop Central has the right to deny any customer, who shows any offensive behavior towards the shop, from ordering and/or cancelling their order/s. Rude buyers will be refunded and denied.2. FILL UP THE ORDER FORM ONLY IF YOU ARE 100% SURE. Cancellation of orders after submitting an order form is not allowed. A cancellation fee of P300 per order will be charged. Buyers who cancel without paying the cancellation fee will be blacklisted and posted on our pages.3. Strictly NO REFUND. Cancelled orders that are already partially or fully paid will not be refunded by the shop. Only orders that have an unboxing video will be refunded accordingly.4. Reserved ≠ Secured. Reservations are only valid for 24 hours, which means that a certain item will not be opened to other buyers for the time being. However, securing orders is out of our control since the items are pre-ordered from the supplier, which can be reserved by others.5. This is a GROUP PRE-ORDER. Package arrival delays are inevitable, especially during ECQs due to COVID-19. There are estimated times of arrivals and shipments, which might be inaccurate.6. The Kpop Central will not be held liable for any loss, damages and delays caused by the local and international couriers. We will not entertain rushed orders and impatient buyers.7. Minors (below 18 years old) should be accompanied by parents upon submission of the order form and have their approval.8. For pre-ordered items, orders will only be shipped once the payment is completed. Please pay on or before the given deadline. Late payments will be charged P100 per day and orders will be automatically canceled if the buyer still hasn't submitted the Proof of Payment (POP) after 7 days from the respective payment deadlines. For on-hand items, we require at least a 50% downpayment. The remaining balance can be paid COD through Shopee checkout.9. Local shipping fees will be collected once the products arrive in the Philippines. Please pay before the due date to avoid any delays. Unless the buyer opted for Shopee checkout/COD, orders will only be shipped once the LSF is paid.10. All items are SEALED and OFFICIAL unless otherwise stated. The Kpop Central will not be held liable for any defects made by the manufacturer or by the delivery process.11. [For items ordered for unofficial stores only] Items ordered are coming from different Korean sellers/suppliers. Scams are inevitable in these transactions. TKC is giving you full protection against cases of scam and/or deception for the items you order. However, the refund process is subjective and takes 4-5 months.
